When the sources are fragmentary and disappearing — posts deleted, outlets going offline — human rights investigators working to the UN's Berkeley Protocol struggle to corroborate an incident before a tribunal, since a single-source claim won't hold up and much of the record that once existed is gone by the time a court needs it.

What to build
Build an AI-powered solution that turns scattered reports of an incident into evidence that holds up before a tribunal.
A folder of screenshots and links still won't survive scrutiny once sources are deleted and single-source claims collapse. The gap is corroboration and preservation to the Berkeley Protocol's bar: confirming an incident across independent sources, capturing the record before it disappears, and building a documented chain an investigator can stand behind.
How to build

Day 1
Pick the smallest experience that helps someone turn scattered incident reports into evidence that holds up. The goal is to make one of those experiences work well, not to solve every part of the problem at once.
Pick your angle
Day 2
Choose the simplest format that fits the experience and audience. Build only what you need to test whether the idea works, people can use it, or the system can deliver.
