1. Create an account on Drawerrr. 2. Send an email with your request. 3. We will process your request within 48 hours, and then your mentor account will be activated.

Who is qualified to be a mentor?

We thoroughly vet each mentor application to guarantee high-quality and passionate mentors within our community. Our approval criteria include: Relevant experience in your industry delivering projects from end to end. Experience in roles that involve mentoring or leading junior to mid-level individuals. A strong passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge. A firm commitment to diversity and inclusion practices.

What is the expected time commitment?

It is up to you how much time you dedicate to mentoring and supporting teams. Usual activities include: Guiding and supporting a team via chat (Slack or Discord). Conducting a team calls to kickstart the challenge and assist the team with their approach (optional). Reviewing a final case study before submission.

What kind of support or resources will be provided to mentors?

There are plenty of learning resources out there on how to mentor a team; we are here to practice. All mentors will have access to a special mentors chat (Slack or Discord) to discuss different approaches, questions, and non-standard situations.
