UX/UI Web Designer Ecommerce
At Rezolutions Design, eCommerce is a shared-services division, consolidating strategic direction, operations, digital marketing, development, buying and merchandising, planning and customer service into a single department to help all brand groups within the organization scale quickly and effectively, offering enterprise-level solutions to complex digital challenges. We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who can spearhead our mission to build beautiful digital experiences that drive conversion, shape culture and make lasting emotional connections between consumers and our brands.

Responsibilities:
·Create e-commerce designs with a mobile-first approach
·Create working prototypes to define interactions and animations
·Advocate for uncompromising balance between form and functionality when designing human-centered digital experiences.
·Collaborate with developer to ensure best-practice UX principles are maintained throughout the development process
·Collaborate with brand-group stakeholders and eCommerce team to gather and interpret business requirements and translate them into functional requirements
·Document intended functionality, behaviors and interactions in collaboration with the eCommerce and brand teams to produce a technical specification
·Enhance the eCommerce experience of all of our clients brand sites – focusing on mobile, responsive design and performance
·Work closely with eCommerce leadership, project owners and brand groups to deliver design work on time and within budget
·Conduct user-testing and generate meaningful and intuitive insights that will drive the user experience. Define interaction models, user test scripts / task flows and user interface specifications
·Design journey maps, navigation design, sitemaps, information architecture, detailed wireframes and more to support the end-to-end user experience
·Partners closely with band-group creative teams to refine creative consistency, but also be comfortable working within existing design systems to generate high-level design layouts as necessary
·Prepare and present approaches and recommendations in a compelling and impactful way to eCommerce team and brand groups
·Be able to work collaboratively with the eCommerce team, the brand groups, and cross-functional partners across the organization, but also operate autonomously and provide value throughout the entire project cycle
·Present your work to brand groups, explaining user journeys to multiple stakeholders
·Perform design reviews on your projects to ensure the quality of build matches what you and the brand group ideated
