Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g., Interaction, Graphic, Visual Communications, etc.), Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of interaction design experience.
Experience collaborating with Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Content Strategists and Product Managers throughout the design process; creating user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience designing across multiple platforms (Android, iOS, and the Web).
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to start in 2021.

Responsibilities
Help to define the user model and user interface for Google products and features.
Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, writers and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
Evaluate the usability of new and existing products and making constructive suggestions for change.
