Educating product and stakeholder groups on the role of content design in product development.

We are looking for

Strong experience of leading and delivering high-quality content design work at a senior level.
A confident self-starter: much of the work will be self-initiated.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Experience working in cross-functional agile teams alongside product. designers, user researchers, product managers, engineers, data analysts, etc.   - this role won’t involve writing blogs or social media posts.
Experience working with analytics, data and research insights to support content design decisions.
Comfortable navigating a large, complex organisation.
