We are looking for an experienced and creative Instructional Designer, who feels passionate about helping others learn and grow, and wants to join our dedicated corporate training team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Support the development of corporate learning experiences to improve onboarding, performance, and the growth of employees aligned with the company’s vision and values
Work with the subject matter experts and discover learning needs inside various departments
Conduct instructional research and analyze diversity of our learners and contexts
Develop instructional learning goals and create content that matches them
Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and creates an engaging culture of learning 
Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, case-based learning, scenarios, games, etc)
Edit video content using various video software (basic level)
Decide on the criteria used to evaluate learners’ performance and develop assessment instruments
Keep project documentation and course folders organized

QUALIFICATIONS

An experienced learning professional (2+ years) with proven experience of connecting digital learning to the broader learning strategy
Experience of designing and creating engaging e-learning materials preferably with the use of iSpring, Articulate software.
Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models (be able to explain how you would use them in your work)
Ability to write diversity of learning materials, including lectures, audio/video scripts, guides, manuals, etc
Visual design skills (Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma/Canva) 
Familiarity with video editing software
Hands-on experience with Learning Management Software (LMS)
Ability to work proactively in an ambitious, fast growing, and dynamic environment
Exceptional written and oral command of English
Technical experience leveraging digital tools like Google Suite, Bitrix24 (or other PM tools), Microsoft Team, and Microsoft Office (everything extra is a plus)

You will be invited to come to a live meeting (or Zoom, for as long as we are in a pandemic) where you will meet our INFUSEmedia team.
