We are looking for a Footwear Design intern to join us in executing the vision for our future; to learn, inspire, ideate, and create. As the Design Intern you will be exposed to processes in design, product development, vision ideation, consumer insights, bold simplicity, gaining a well-rounded set of knowledge and design skills. In this role you will•    Support the design group to build concepts, graphics, renderings, and prototypes that will demonstrate seasonal design concepts•    Drive one summer footwear project / concept design under the guidance of our Design Leadership and mentors. You will have the opportunity to present to Crocs leadership at the end of your intern shipoBe exposed to, learn, and develop highly polished product design solutions•    Build and sustain design integrity and detail through the product development process•    Work collaboratively with a global network of multi-disciplinary designers, business guides and developers to build products and strategies. Bring your own individuality and perspective to the team and projects•    Develop internal skills and tools to keep the team at the forefront of our field and other creatives

Your experience should include•    Ideally you are working on a design degree, Industrial Design or related field. Have an incredible portfolio to share what you have learned and what you are capable of•    We will consider individuals with incredible portfolio’s that are not attending a tradition school but are driven have a passion for outstanding design •    A true passion for footwear, culture, community•    Be proficient in Adobe CC: Photoshop, & Illustrator•    Ability to throw down incredible jaw dropping design work
