Digital Production Designer

 MMI is looking to add a Digital Production Artist to our team! The ideal candidate for this position possesses a mix of digital creative and technical skills and is meticulous and goal oriented with a keen eye for the smallest details.

Job Responsibilities

Interpret project briefs and take initiative to ask clarifying questions if needed
Collaborate closely with art directors, designers and developers
Ensure adherence to brand standards across color, font, production quality and more
Design layouts utilizing existing assets and templates
Edit, resize or version layouts as directed internally or by client
Finalize various formats of supplied artwork and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production
Prepare and optimize images for online and mobile applications
Edit, cut down footage and make short-form content for paid social media with existing assets
Assist with creating presentations in either Powerpoint or Keynote
Catalog and reference art for future projects
Troubleshoot problems as they arise with both the creative team and external vendors
Stay up to date with new production techniques and trends through research and education

Requirements

Minimum of three years as a digital-first creative professional – preferably working with or for an agency  
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects and Premiere Pro) and Microsoft Office
Experience in delivering digital campaigns across multiple platforms
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience with photo retouching is a plus
